All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• A clear photo of the item received

If approved, a replacement will be sent automatically. Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.

We do not accept returns to any physical address.
